# Ingredients

- 1 loaf Whole Wheat Bread (25g) (C:12.25g; F:0.43g; P:1.88g; Kcal:60.33)
- 3 Whole Eggs (C:3g; F:15g; P:18g; Kcal:219)
- 3 Egg Whites (C:0g; F:0g; P:12g; Kcal:48)
- 4g Butter (C:0g; F:3.2g; P:0.02g; Kcal:28.88)
- 1 Cheese Cube (Amul) (C:0.38g; F:6.5g; P:5g; Kcal:80)
- Salt and Basic Spices
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Spinach, Capsicum)

# Preparation

1. Mix Eggs and Veggies. Whisk it properly.
2. Add Salt & Spices as per your taste.
3. Heat a pan and spread butter on it.
4. The spread little mixture on the pan (that can cover the size of the bread)
5. Put bread on the pan. And then spread the remaining mixture over the bread. Put the lid and let it cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
6. Check if the other side is little brown then flip your omelet.
7. Grate the cheese cube over the cooked side and let the other side also cook for 3-4 minutes. 
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
