My coaching philosophy focuses on understanding your lifestyle, your relationship with food and other preferences and creating an easy-to-follow plan. My Bayesian approach to fitness involves quantifying every nutrition and training variable from BMR (basal metabolic rate) to MRV (how much exercise) objectively, leaving zero guess work. Based on your progression data, we'll keep optimizing your program to ensure constant and rapid progress.
