• All 20 of you will be added to a single coaching group on [WhatsApp / Telegram / whichever platform you're using].
• This is your main space for questions, updates, learning, and community.

✅ Questions & Support

• All questions must be asked in the group only.
• No personal chats for questions.
• This ensures everyone benefits from the discussion.
• I want us to build a culture of learning together – your doubt might be someone else’s too. Don’t be shy to ask!

✅ Weekly Zoom Calls with Chirag

• Every week, there will be one live Zoom call with me.
• These are pre-scheduled sessions to:
• Discuss doubts in detail
• Share insights and motivation
• Address any challenges you’re facing
• Attendance is highly recommended.

✅ Form Checks in the Group

• If you want your exercise form reviewed, post a video in the group.
• I will give you feedback there itself so others can learn from it too.
• Please keep videos clear and appropriate.

✅ Personalized Diet and Workout Plans

• Your diet and workout plan will be made just for you and delivered individually on the PFC Club App.
• You’ll get direct access there to see and follow your program, track progress, etc.

✅ Transformation Reward

• At the end of 10 weeks, the best transformation will win a special reward!
• This will be judged based on progress photos, adherence, and overall change.
