I used to be a chubby child who never paid attention to fitness or nutrition. Despite being teased and bullied, I continued to indulge in chocolates and pizzas until the day I decided to make a change. I tried every fad diet and exercise routine out there, but it wasn’t until I met Chirag that I truly understood the importance of quantified nutrition.

Now, as a fitness coach, I’m passionate about educating others on the power of nutrition and how it impacts their fitness journey. I believe that no matter how hard you train, without proper nutrition, you won’t see the results you want. That’s why I focus on providing clients with personalized, quantified nutrition plans that help them achieve their fitness goals.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to creating an obesity-free India. Through my work as a coach, I aspire to impact as many lives as possible and make a positive change in the fitness industry. I’m proud to have been featured in TOI and to have written an e-book that has helped over 7,000 people on their fitness journey.
