Nutrition & Fitness Coach
About: In 2012, I began my fitness journey and I have come a long way since then. My weight hit almost 80kgs, hypothyroidism, and high blood sugar levels made me hopeless, I had to take matters into my own hands but what sparked my interest suddenly was constant Facebook posts of my Ex boss lifting weights and doing deadlifts like a real boss. I was so intrigued. I didn't like a normal gym setup, so when I saw her doing what she was doing, I asked her what it is and she told me that it's Crossfit. So CrossFit is how I started my fitness journey. Very soon, even when I was still overweight I started enjoying the lifting game. Since then I carried on with various workout forms from traditional strength training, bodyweight calisthenics, and endurance workouts.
But what really changed my transformation game was when I started paying attention to the quantified diet. I had reached a standstill in my fitness journey and that's when I contacted Chirag. He introduced me to the world of smart eating, calorie deficit, and choosing the right kind of food. That's when my body started showing changes. Not only did I start losing inches steadily, but I also started getting stronger.
What really helped me through this journey was consistency and willpower. That's all. I ate home-cooked food, cut down on junk, quit alcohol, and slowly incorporated all that I needed to perform better.
There were times when I didn't feel motivated at all, and that's when I pushed myself the most because I didn't want to go back from where I started. I showed up at the gym even when I didn't feel like it and made friends and workout partners who kept me driven even on my low days. I am so grateful to them.
Now I at #PFC help people stay fit and look their best, I want to educate people about things that I didn't know when I was taking the first step, what you're looking at is just a physical transformation but believe me, it's not limited to that; when you eat good, look good, your life transforms in unimaginable ways.
All I can say is, if you want anything badly, no one can stop you. So keep going and keep lifting. Do whatever it takes.

Dr. Grishma
Gynaecologist
About: I am a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, I've done my MS Obstetrics and Gynecology from Mumbai and I am currently practicing in Mumbai. I have specialized training in the treatment of infertility as well and I help couples who are finding it difficult to conceive. I also have a special interest in endocrinology as well due to which I can help women who have hormonal imbalances.
That's how I met Chirag, he was dealing with women who despite sticking to their fitness routine and doing everything advised by him were finding it difficult to lose weight, so we tackled the hormonal issues that were creating this hurdle and with the right guidance and advice, these women were able to keep up with their fitness journey.
I've been very passionate about women's health from the beginning and that is what lead me to pick obstetrics and gynaecology as my specialization.
At ProjectFitCo, I finally have a chance to contribute exclusively to women's fitness and well being and I hope that I would be of help to women who are having hurdles or obstructions in their fitness journey due to hormonal and gynaecological issues.
